I love food and I love to cook but it has to be uncomplicated, flavoursome and preferably quick to prepare. I don’t have the time to spend hours slaving away in the kitchen; I cook when I can and normally out of a desire to create a healthy meal for myself and my family.

I love vegetarian food and believe it’s a healthier way to eat and I love fish for its great health benefits. The meat dishes are for the rest of the family to enjoy!

Home cooked food should, I believe, be cooked with love as I find this magic ingredient always makes a meal taste that little bit more special!
